Privacy Policy

This is the plain-English version, because a privacy policy you can't read isn't really telling you anything.

Short version: we collect what we need to answer you and build your project, we don't sell it to anybody, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect, and when

When you reach out to us

If you book an estimate, fill out a form on this site, respond to one of our ads, call, or email, we collect what you give us — your name, your phone number and email address, the address of the property you want work done on, the date and time you picked, and whatever you tell us about the project.

We use it to call you back, show up at the right house, and put together your estimate. That's it.

If you become a client

Once you sign, we keep the records a construction project actually produces: your contract and any change orders, your selections, photos of the work, permit and inspection records, your schedule, and a history of what we sent you and when. You can see most of this yourself in your client portal.

We do not store your card or bank account numbers on our systems.

When you just visit the website

Reading the site doesn't require you to tell us anything. In the background we count pages, clicks, and how far down a page people scroll, so we can tell which pages are useful. That counter is ours, it sets no cookies, and it does not collect your name, email, or anything else that identifies you.

The tracking tools on this site

Three things run in the background. You should know what they are:

Google Analytics and the Meta pixel both set cookies. If you don't want them, your browser can block third-party cookies, or you can use one of the ad-blocking extensions — the site works fine either way, and nothing on it is gated behind tracking.

If you filled out a form on a Facebook or Instagram ad

When you submit one of those forms, Meta passes us the information you entered — typically your name, email, phone number, and answers about your project. We use it for exactly one thing: to get in touch about the work you asked about.

We are not going to add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for, and we are not going to sell or trade your information to other contractors, lead brokers, or anyone else. If you'd rather we deleted it, email us and we will.

Who else can see your information

We share what's necessary to actually do the job, and nothing beyond that:

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We don't trade it, rent it, or hand it to other contractors.

How long we keep it

If you asked for an estimate and never hired us, we keep your inquiry so we recognize you if you come back. Ask and we'll delete it.

If you hired us, we keep your project records for as long as the law and our warranty obligations require — contracts, change orders, and permit records have to be retained, and we may need them years later if a warranty question comes up.

A real person reads that inbox. You won't have to fill out a form to get a form.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change it, we'll change the date at the top. If we ever change it in a way that affects how we handle information you already gave us, we'll tell you directly rather than quietly editing this page.

Questions about any of this? Email contact@tnvisionconstruction.com or call (615) 708-5354. If something here is unclear, that's our problem to fix — tell us and we'll rewrite it.
